You or your team can label or flag emails under a specific category like (positive queries, nonrespondents, etc.) and you can filter them whenever you want to work on them. Also, future emails from the same recipients to the same products will be labeled as per your previous selection.

6) Outgoing emails through a different gateway

Since you might be sending many campaigns through different service providers, you can never be sure about the quality of future conversations from the same servers.
